Exchange and refund policy
In case you want to return purchased items, please contact us at email@example.com for the reason of your dissatisfaction. It will be our pleasure to guide you through.
Item returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.
Items on clearance, pre-sale or purchased with a promotional code cannot be refunded, they will only be eligible for an exchange if the return conditions are met. Gift cards are non-refundable.
For any refund request, proof of purchase must be presented.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. The costs of returning items are assumed by Kisina Deco.
Refunds will be issued, based on the original payment method, within 72 business hours of receipt of the returned item. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be available on your account.
We reserve the right to deny a return of merchandise, if it does not comply with our return policy.
